Distribution of the parent company’s resultfor 2019
The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PKN ORLEN S.A. on 5 June 2020 distributed the net profit of PKN ORLEN for 2019 in the amount of PLN 4,813,592,019.09 as follows: the amount of PLN 427,709,061.00 was allocated as a dividend payment (PLN 1 per 1 share) and the remaining amount of net profit of PLN 4,385,882,958.09 as reserve capital.
